Job Description:
1) Experience in the field of:
- electronic components and PCB purchasing.
- Mechanical parts purchasing
- Subcontracting agreements
2) Monitor and operate procurement processes and ensure they meet delivery and spec requirements.
3) Manage the process A to Z – from RFQ to issue PO, maintain purchase order. status and shipment tracking information, handle discrepancies in invoices.
4) Negotiate with suppliers and reduce costs without scarifying on-time delivery
5) Management and execution of import processes.
6) Taking part in cross-functional teams such as R&D, Engineering, QC and production.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Procurement and Supply Chain procedures.
- Experience in global procurement of electronic parts - sourcing capability.
- Familiar with the Suppliers & Distributors in the market (Local & Global).
